Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to connect with you. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering virtual services in Georgia, I’ve been on this journey since 2014, helping clients navigate through various life challenges.

Throughout my practice, I’ve had the privilege of assisting individuals and couples, dealing with a wide range of issues, including career transitions, infidelity, anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, grief, and loss. My primary focus is on working with adults, and I’m dedicated to being a source of support, a compassionate listener, and an advocate for open communication.

My passion for therapy was piqued during a pivotal moment in my life. It was during a Family Therapy class at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, in my final semester of undergrad, that I had the experience of listening to the powerful stories shared by my peers. Those heartfelt stories inspired me to pursue further education in Family Therapy, leading me to graduate school at Mercer.

As your therapist, I firmly believe that every individual deserves to be treated with respect, empathy, and kindness. I want to remind you that the journey toward healing and self-exploration may have its challenges, but remember, you are not alone, and together, we can navigate through them.

Beyond therapy, I enjoy walks and playtime with my hyperactive Golden-doodle, Trey. Family and friends are important to me, so I talk to them often. I’m a huge fan of medical shows like “The Good Doctor,” “New Amsterdam,” and “Grey’s Anatomy.” Fitness is essential; I exercise at least four days a week. Lastly, I enjoy a good fiction book as an escape.
